Group Exercise Leader
Group Exercise Leader Requirements
To become an AUSactive Registered Exercise Professional you must have completed a relevant qualification and hold current nationally recognised first aid and CPR certification.
Group Exercise Leader
A Group Exercise Leader holding AUSactive professional membership has successfully completed SISSS00128 Group Exercise Leader (or equivalent), nine competencies which form part of SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness or an AUSactive approved private certification in a pre-choreographed group exercise program such as Les Mills or Zumba.
Graduates of an approved private certification in a pre-choreographed group exercise program will be required to complete AUSactive’s free Workplace Health & Safety Fundamentals iLearn course.
Group Exercise Leaders are qualified to lead predesigned group exercise sessions in predictable settings.
