AUSactive registered Continuing Professional Development providers deliver high quality, up-to-date content to help AUSactive Professionals expand their service delivery, knowledge and skill sets.
AUSactive approved programs and events align with a structured quality assurance process and are reviewed against quality standards to provide Continuing Professional Development (CPDs) to professionals in the active health, fitness and exercise industry.

Step 1
Create your CPD Provider registration by selecting the ‘Apply Now’ button and pay the applicable fee. You can also follow this link.
Your CPD provider registration is renewed every 12 months. Your initial registration term will begin once your first course is approved.
Step 2
Review the CPD Approval and Assessment Guide, ensure that your education meets all of the mandatory criteria at a minimum. Education must align with applicable AUSactive guidelines.
Step 3
Upload all material and required evidence into the new course application section via your CPD provider dashboard. Delays in course approval may occur when required evidence has not been provided.
For online courses, please ensure that you provide log in details and unlocked access to all modules within your learning platform. Failure to provide unlocked access will prevent AUSactive assessors from reviewing your program.
Step 4
Pay the course application fee. Once AUSactive has received notification of your submission, your application will be sent to an expert assessor to be reviewed.
AUSactive will aim to provide initial feedback within 4 weeks of your complete submission. This feedback will include recommendations to meet or exceed criteria.
Step 5
Provided all mandatory criteria has been met, AUSactive will provide you with a letter of confirmation that your education has been approved for CPDs. This will include the approval code, CPD allocation, the course expiry date and associated CPD logos.
The maximum CPDs eligible for a continuing professional development course, program or event is 15 CPDs.
