This membership has been designed to cover your bases, combining your AUSactive Professional membership with an exclusive Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance policy unique to AUSactive members who deliver fitness, exercise and active health activities.
With Professional Plus membership, you will also gain additional benefits including legal support and HR advice from O’Sullivan Sneddon Law, access to the ActiveXchange National Infrastructure database, and access to the Lawpath Essentials Plan, an online platform for legal support offering over 500+ customisable templates and legal forms, all editable in minutes.

Insurance Coverage
Eligible AUSactive members who select the insurance add-on at the time of membership application or renewal are covered under the AUSactive Exercise Professionals Policy. Insurance coverage is by Marsh Insurance.
AUSactive Professional Plus members will receive an exclusive Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance policy unique to AUSactive members as backed by Marsh.
Coverage includes:
- Public Liability: $20,000,000 limit for any one occurrence
- Product Liability: $20,000,000 limit for any one occurrence and in the aggregate
- Professional Indemnity: $10,000,000 limit for any one claim and in the aggregate
