AUSactive, Australia’s peak body for exercise and active health, today announced a simplified pathway to register as a Group Exercise Leader (GEL), recognising Les Mills Initial Training and similar pre-choreographed certifications alongside mandatory safety requirements. The initiative enables trainees to start teaching sooner while strengthening safety and quality standards across the sector.

AUSactive has partnered with ExPRO Fitness Festival to deliver education, CPDs and networking opportunities for fitness professionals in Western Australia.

With a sold-out crowd of 500 industry leaders, educators, trainers and business owners, the event was a spectacular celebration of passion, innovation and excellence across the sector.
