AUSactive is pleased to announce the appointment of Ekaterina (Katya) Osipova to its Board of Directors, following the retirement of long-serving Board Member and former Chair, Jayne Blake.
Katya Osipova brings over 30 years of experience in professional services, having held senior leadership roles, including as a former Big 4 Partner, across Australia and internationally.
A highly regarded business leader and governance professional, she has advised a wide range of listed and private organisations on audit, financial reporting, and corporate governance.
Currently serving as Treasurer and Board Member of Activate Perth, a not-for-profit organisation focused on revitalising urban spaces and fostering vibrant communities, Katya is deeply committed to supporting purpose-led organisations.
She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ, and actively mentors emerging leaders in the sector.
Katya’s appointment follows the conclusion of Jayne Blake’s term as Board Director and Chair, which ended on 4 July 2025.
Jayne served AUSactive through a period of significant transformation, including the rebranding of the organisation and during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
