AUSactive has today announced the launch of a new professional insurance solution for fitness and active health professionals, delivering stronger protection at a lower cost compared with other insurance products currently available in the market.
The new insurance offering reflects AUSactive’s commitment to supporting its members by improving professional protection and helping reduce costs during challenging economic conditions.
From today, AUSactive Professional Members will be able to upgrade to the Professional Plus membership, gaining access to a strengthened, member-only master insurance policy.
What the New Insurance Includes
Under the new Professional Plus insurance offering, AUSactive members will benefit from:
- Lower premiums compared with other market offerings
- A $20 million limit of indemnity, providing market-leading protection*
- A simple and seamless transition for members with existing insurance policies
- Coordinated renewal dates managed by AUSactive to avoid disruption
- Access to risk management support, claims assistance and insurance insights
- Price certainty for members choosing two-year AUSactive memberships
- The Professional Plus membership will replace the existing Sole Trader option and will continue to include high-value benefits such as Lawpath, ActiveXchange and additional professional support services.

The insurance solution has been developed in partnership with global insurance broker Marsh to ensure coverage is tailored to the specific risks and responsibilities of exercise and active health professionals.
