Private Health Fund Eligiblity.

The following checker is an important tool to ensure that your qualifications, education and documentation are up to date in order to comply with the requirements set out by the health fund providers.

The documentation required includes:

  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Minimum Qualifications of Certificate IV in Fitness (must have both your completion certificate and record of results)
  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Must be complying with AUSactive Continuing education requirements
