The AUSactive 2023 Active Health Summits are curated for AUSactive Exercise Professionals, including all modalities; Personal Trainers, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Group Exercise Instructors, Aqua Instructors, Yoga, Pilates Professionals, and Tai Chi. All sessions will cover essential health topics. The sessions will upskill our professionals in working with clients with chronic health issues, disabilities, at-risk demographics, female health, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
