Les Mills Asia Pacific has welcomed AUSactive as a sponsor of its upcoming fitness festival – LES MILLS LIVE Brisbane.
On Sunday 3rd March 2024, over 1,200+ fitness fans will descend on the Royal International Convention Centre in Brisbane, to experience brand-new Les Mills workouts for BODYPUMP®, BODYSTEP®, BODYATTACK®, BODYCOMBAT®, BODYBALANCE®. They can also be part of the official program launch for the brand-new cardio phenomenon, LES MILLS DANCE. Plus, they can also experience LES MILLS SHAPES™, which is a recently launched innovative Pilates/yoga fusion workout that is attracting new cohorts of members to gyms all over the globe, and satisfying even the most hardcore Pilates devotees.
