Refund Request

It is important to AUSactive that all clients understand their rights and obligations in relation to refunds.

• AUSactive Membership fees are non-refundable
• Should you believe that your circumstances for a refund requires special consideration, please complete the below refund application.
• AUSactive will review your request within 7 (seven) business days of submission.
• Should a refund be approved you will be notified by return email within 14 working days and asked to return all original documents received to AUSactive at PO Box 6453, Alexandria NSW 2015 before the refund will be processed

Should a refund be granted a $75.00 (inc GST) Administration Fee will apply.
